You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account and use Matchy. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Matchy, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for any scheduled match.
• Not cancel after a match is confirmed.
• Play personally: you may not send someone else to play on your behalf.
• Respect other users in all interactions.
• Avoid inappropriate content, including offensive profile pictures or usernames.

Failure to follow these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Content Policy

Users are responsible for all content they upload, including profile pictures and usernames. We do not allow inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content, and we reserve the right to remove such content or ban offending users without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Matchy is a platform to help users schedule and join real-life sports matches. We are not responsible for:

• Any injuries, property damage, or conflicts that occur during matches.
• Any no-shows, misconduct, or disruptions by other players.

We do not provide any form of insurance, medical, or legal protection. All participation is at your own risk.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or acted in a way that harms the app or other users.

7. Changes to Terms

Matchy may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
